The property was absolutely amazing, with a lovely, clean, and comfortable vibe. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, thanks to the good quality bedding. The housekeeper was super responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the directions provided were spot on. We loved the streaming service, allowing us to binge-watch our favorite Netflix shows, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The nearby pub, The Williams Arms, served delicious and reasonably priced food. The property had plenty of space and facilities, including lots of children's books, films, and toys to keep everyone entertained. We also appreciated the outdoor dining area and the jacuzzi was a definite highlight. our stay was mind-blowing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Lovely property with comfy beds and a responsive housekeeper. Close to amenities, well-equipped, and loved the streaming service. Opposite a pub with good food.
A few worn items, small garden, and not enough takeaway menus. Bedside lamp and outside light didn't work, but no big deal.

Stayed at Cloudbreak, couldn't ask for more. Free WiFi, parking, and a garden with BBQ. Perfect for a posh lady like me. Exeter airport was nearby too.
Oh, what a shame. Only if the garden was bigger, I could have hosted a grand afternoon tea.
